It doesn't look like it took me all afternoon to make it, and actually there are a few more jars of it, but it is a delicious way to use an over abundance of tomatoes.
Looks yummy... and nicely stacked. :) Marisa and I were just commenting tonight on canning and how much I hated it the one time I did it and how it totally does not appeal to her either... though I'm not sure she has ever canned.
