October Rose

It is amazing to me that my roses are blooming again in these last few days of October and as I was trying to get a good shot I saw this bee working on his last few days of pollen gathering so decided to make him the star of my project today.

beautiful roses...very nice shot..nice catch with the bee ...amazing that they are blooming is right. At my friends house I saw a Rhododendron blooming last month. maybe it;s 2012

@nyusha I think they actually need warm days and cooler nights to blossom and in Alabama we start getting cooler nights again in the late fall. During the summer it is almost too hot.
