I don't think I have ever seen chickens in my neighborhood before but I'll never be able to say that again because today on my way home I saw four running around in this yard!

@marilyn not really a city but nevertheless..... It made me think of the ones I saw across the street from the Halloween lady in Oakesdale. I almost took pictures that day but am now glad I waited. Thank you for the kind words.

That is odd! What a handsome bird he is! Wow. What do you think they are doing with them? Going to eat them? Egg laying hens?

@espyetta You know I hadn't even thought about that. I would guess layers. Does anyone raise their own chickens to roast anymore?
