Bird House

Usually when I go for my walk in the morning it is still dark but I slept in a little today and was amazed at what I have been missing. This little birdhouse has been hidden by the underbrush that the new owners have been clearing out. Up until today it had also been hidden under cover of darkness.

I guess it is a lucky house with that horseshoe! I have a similar pic of someone's mailbox....I love quirky wood work like this!

@espyetta I am ashamed to admit i didn't notice the horseshoe. I saw the house as a whole in relationship to the yard instead of the parts. Good eye!

@nyusha I had actually slept in that day but I go to bed early too. I guess that comes with being old.
