Tree Treasures by grammyn

Tree Treasures

My mother and father do lots of volunteer work for the retirement community they live in! Mom sews and knits and Dad does woodworking. They sent me a sample of their handiwork this year to hang on my tree! Two more treasured ornaments to cherish every time I decorate my tree.
hi- glad to be back and glad to see your great photos again

Well they will make a nice addition to your tree. That's good that they are involved like that, it helps to give them purpose. We have so many residents who volunteer time to visit others, and you can tell they love it.

Oh Katy. I so treasure the bells my father made. When I get them out I know that I am touching what his hands had touched. A tangible link when I am missing him. Wrap them well and give your folks a big hug.
