I had a little saint of the church give me a Crepe Myrtle in a dixie cup one year. I babied that thing - even left if with my next door neighbor while we were on a trip - and it is now taller than I am. Tom has to cut it back every year. It is very dear to me and I always think of Corney and Autumn when I am loving it's blooms.
