It looks like a B&W because the sky was gray and the tree was black. What doesn't show up very well is the circular movement of the clouds which was a little scary! The sever thunderstorm passed through and all is well
Oh lordy! And it was PTA night too! We got this stuff about 6 PM and had to "go to an interior room" before PTA meeting. What a mess. Pretty capture of the scary gray clouds looming....
I think that SOOC is overrated! LOL Lovely shot never the less! I'm really liking clouds lately. Of course we haven't had too many yet but I've got my fingers cross for some heavy ones filled with lighting! I'm ready to give it a try.
@lesip We had a brief intense storm and then just rain! i have never got lightening and it is on my list! I need it to be far away so it isn't raining and no luck with that yet.
@ruthmouch It was a sunny day except for about an hour and a half! Ii am glad to hear M is fine! The power was out all over B'ham so I worried about him a bit!
Nice shot and so true that B&W is sometimes just nature. I have two in my project of the ocean and sky in stormy weather that are naturally B&W. Glad all is ok after the storm. We are supposed to get rain here. No sun in three days now.
