I think in our neck of the woods, a real dark one means a bad Winter.

Awesome focus - oh it means if you live in Wisconsin it will be a cold winter. Even warm winters are still too cold.

Fabulous focus. I think we used to collect caterpillars when we were kids. Put them in a jar with some greenery....pretty sure they always died :(

Cool cat! Never have seen one just like this. I had also never heard of they are dark they mean bad winter. But...we rarely have bad winters so that makes sense. After last year's super warm winter, I am ready for a cold one!
