What on earth is a puffy scrubber??? I was thinking that it reminded me of your long-ago shot of a loofah. Errrr ... which could well be described as some sort of scrubber, so maybe that's what it is ;) Different countries, different lingo ;)
@kwiksilver I think you got it ! Plastic netting tied upinto a puff for scrubbing! Yup, puffy scrubber!
