There is a beautiful young lady in New York who adopted me over a year ago as her grandmother (through 365 actually) and her class is doing a Flat Stanley project http://www.flatstanleyproject.com/ Her mother asked if I would help with that and of course I am. It is what grandmothers do. Today was the first day of Stanley's adventures. He helped me with my yard work today.
Aw, love him. What fun. I was horrid and turned down the op to help a friend's kid with their project. It was a bad time for some reason. Love that you got FS to help with the gardening.
@maggiemae Thanks Maggiemae. They are already blooming nicely and asll I had to do was stick them in the ground. @linnypinny He could but he really didn't do a whole lot. Thanks Lin. @alophoto You weren't horrid. you were very thoughtful to say no when you knew you wouldn't be able to do a proper job. @darsphotos Thanks Darlene. This is a spot that wouldn't grow grass so I gave up and made it a flower garden. @dyanstevens Thanks, Dyan. I hope it will make her happy. @olivetreeann That is a great idea. Thanks Ann. @marilyn Thanks sissy. You always say the nicest things. We are going to have some fun. @kandkids Truthfully he wasn't all that much help. ;~} but he looks good in the picture. @daisyditch You are always so supportive Daisy, Thanks so much. There will be a few more pictures probably if that is what you mean. Not so sure about the flowers. @paulavdmerwe I always appreciate you taking the time Paula. Thanks @tunia Thanks Tunia.
