Remnant

Usually when I talk about remnants it is fabric. This time it is from a piece of wood that my husband cut up on one of these tools http://365project.org/grammyn/365/2017-09-05 to make a wooden gun for our grandson. I like the curvyness to it and I am trying to figure out something to make with it.
A cane. A cane for cubebot! I like this, it 's very interesting. I am looking forward to see what you do with it.

Love that shape - will be fun to figure out how to reuse it.

I would drill a hole at the bottom of the straight part to put a chain through so that it could hang from a tree or shepherd's hook. I would drill some larger holes scattered through the rest of it, then string material scraps or yarn loosely through them so the birds could pull them out for nesting. Or, it might make a nice wind chime with some recycled pottery bits or something like that. I agree though- it's just too interesting to throw out.

Turn it on it's side and it will be an awesome stunt track for a toy race car!!! Oops stuck in my toy world again haha. Regardless I'm sure you'll find a good use for it.

I think it would just be good as a back scratcher?

Im with Maggiemae a good backscratcher

@linnypinny thanks LinI thought so too
@alophoto an idea I hadn't thought of. It might be too big though
@eudora thanks bunches Dianne.
@homeschoolmom thanks Lisa I guess that is what appealed to me.
@olivetreeann I love the idea of the nesting holder for birds. I had actually thought of possibly using it as a Windchime somehow. Great ideas, thanks
@cjphoto that sounds like a fabulous idea but I don't have any toy cars anymore
@maggiemae could certainly work for that
@Dawn that sounds like a good idea
@nicolecampbell I just have to make sure and get it before my husband tosses it! Thanks Nicole

But you should have seen the real master of make believe "take the hill", shoot the bad guys - grandson. It was custom fitted to his hand. ♥️
