Hard to tell but this is a bridge and a creek half and half. The vertical line is caused by a reflection of a roof line in the creek

Great abstract image, with the reflection looking like some body tore 1/4 of the photo out, perhaps to prevent being seen by the authorities. That's my imagination running away, in case you didn't guess. LOL #toomuchTV
