I make my own plantain chips and usually look for the biggest plantains possible when I buy them in the store. Imagine my surprise when I opened an exceptionally large one to to find out it was twins on the inside.
@maggiemae LOL I hope you can find some in the store by your house ! @wyomingsis they sure do. I hadn't even noticed! @olivetreeann I guess it is about as rare as that. I didn't know either. I am not fond of them when they are sweet. @ludwigsdiana they were every bit as good Diana. When you say chips do you mean what we call fries or thin crisps like these?
