Plant, Christmas, TAG! by grammyn

Plant, Christmas, TAG!

Working on another tag challenge photo I drew plant and Christmas. I was stumped until it occured to me I have the perfect subject. Every year after Christmas I gather any poinsettias that are being tossed out and bring them home to pot them. These are from two years ago and look pretty good still don't you think?.
My sister in law @carole_sandford will be very impressed with your Poinsettia skills!!

Lovely colour contrast

Looks lovely. In Hawaii, they grow like big bushes and bloom nearly year round. They get to such a large size, it takes a moment to realize what you are seeing. This one is beautiful!

@wyomingsis I think I just got lucky with the plants AND the tags but thanks!
@swguevin2 Thanks Sheila. Our winters get too cold to leave them out so i have to bring them in but this one is a couple of feet tall.
@lesip You go! They seem to thrive a little on neglect. At least mine do and they color whenever they want too so I am always surprised.
