When I got up yesterday morning this was in my yard. It was still there this morning and I am glad I took the time to get a shot because this afternoon it was gone! Have I said how wonderful my family is and how much they did to make my day memorable? I am so blessed by their love!

For those of you that didn't know me when I started this journey it began when my parents passed in 2015 and 2016. I inherited my grandmother's college diploma and she graduated in 1911. It was unusual for women to go to college then. Her daughter, my mother, graduated form college in the 1950s, my daughters graduated in the 90s and my granddaughters will graduate in the 2020s. I was the only one in that line of women without a degree. I decided I needed to go back to school and finish the college I started in the 60s so I did. When I enrolled again and they asked me what I wanted to study I told them whatever was the quickest and easiest! Not looking for a career, just a diploma!!! I have a Bachelor of Science in Business (this is the first time I have said that and it fills me with such joy to say it here) I am so grateful for all the support the 365 community has given me
I love your degree! Mine is a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies, which I call the major for those who don’t actually have a major! Like you, I chose it because it was the quickest, but it doesn’t sound nearly as impressive as a Bachelor of Science in Business! I also have 4 minors... French, Psychology, Art and Library Science... hence the General Studies “major.” I had a hard time deciding what I wanted to be when I grew up! 😂
@marilyn Apparently I had a hard time deciding too and , unlike you, I don't think I have even one minor! I have to admit a BSB has a certain ring to it for me! ;~}
