Nov. 2 Thankful For...

...an abundance of food.

Even though supply is more limited than it used to be we are still blessed to be able to get almost everything we want when we want it.
So right! We have so much abundance compared to some!

Very true and a nice reminder of how fortunate we are.

Yes, something at the start of this year I think most just took for granted.
November 2nd, 2020
That is definitely something to be grateful for.

specially after those storms it must be hard to get some items. ( regretfully speaking form experience). It's a good lesson to appreciate what we have in that moment. :)

True- shopping is a little strange still in not knowing if all the brands you like will be there, but all in all- you're right we can still get everything we need. Looks like there are going to be some tasty dinners in the Nolte home this week!

I'm glad you joined me in my theme. 30 days of this is a long time, but perhaps we can do it, even if only once a week. I think someone's been to Wally World.

So much to be grateful for these days. I would love to see the end result of all these goodies you bought ;-)

@theredcamera @serendypyty @gijsje @lesip @shutterbug49 @dutchothotmailcom @olivetreeann @randystreat @ludwigsdiana @sdutoit @linnypinny @la_photographic Thank you one and all for you comments about the picture and taking a moment to reflect on this reason to be thankful. I will be fixing lots of meals with most of these ingredients in the coming month. Tonight it was pork chops and rice

@randystreat it will be a bit of a challenge but I know we will be able to finish because it is only 30 days and l have so many more things than that to be thankful for!

@summerfield only eating sherbet now so no more ice cream. For you I would make an exception though!

We are so spoiled. My generation in the U.S has seldom experienced any shortages. When we complain because we can't get, say, Campbell's beef broth, I try to remember my mother's stories of the Depression and World War II.

@eudora My parents grew up in the depression too so I feel like I am a little more appreciative than some
