Nov. 14 Thankful For ...

...sunlight.

It warms the days and illuminates all kinds of photo opportunities. It boosts serotonin which can keep us calm, positive and focused as well as give us energy. It is also a source of vitamin D which is believed to have a possible protective effect against Covid-19
Good one! I am happy to soak up the sun and Vitamin D!

Lovely sun bursts. And what an intriguing photo. The first impression looking at it in the small phone screen was light glinting off crumpled tin foil. Looking closer, it seems I’m seeing the sunlight through vegetation, though not sure exactly what. Wise words, in any case. We would be up a proverbial tree without sunlight.

Well said- I've been telling people about the Vit. D aspects of sunlight and to get outside as a way to boost and strengthen the immune system thus avoiding covid since March- and cleverly taken. At first glance I thought it could be Christmas lights but quickly saw the irregularities.
