Here is the Grand chap in all his glory doing what he does so well, He is feeling so much better and the new dressing on his hand is less cumbersome than the first one. The stitches are out and the pins come out at the end of this week.

This reminds me of my grandfather who cut 4 of his fingers on a circular saw. They were cut half way, not at the root. The doctors managed to stich back 2 of them, the index and the 4th one. The little finger was short of a segment since his youth, from a mining accident. And my grandfather was a very very funny person and when they removed the dressings and all, he said: look, I can start playing the piano now, the saved fingers are for the black keys, and the other three are for the white ones.
He was a dear clever simple man, very witty and funny. Bless his soul!
So glad to hear the healing is coming along nicely. I hope you are holding up as well! But then you're working out in a Boot Camp so you're 10 times tougher than I am! hehe For some reason when I look at this photo I think, "Santa Claus on vacation"! I think it's the beard and device that does it.
