The Armorer

One daughter is in charge of Bible school for her church every year and her sister always helps her in a multitude of ways from decorating to participating. This year that sister will play the part of the Armorer. I have no idea what that involves except for this costume which I had to alter for her today after I mowed the lawn. This, plus pulling weeds before it rained and doing some laundry made this the only photo I took today.

The alterations were very minor, the lawn only took about an hour, it was only one load of laundry and I neglected to mention a long afternoon nap!
Apparently the armorer is who makes the armor for the king. The theme is Knights of the North Castle so I am guessing there is a medievil twist to it and they always go all out with decorations . Thank you for you kind comments and well wishes

Sounds like the program is similar to the one our church was going to do before...well, it's a LONG story!! Oh, yes, I just saw the title- it's the same one the first VBS director picked last year. It's cute- a little bit of a rip-off on Frozen especially with the decorations (without the princesses) but nicely put together. I think your Armorer is going to look very good!
