A Moment of Reflection

This pose very often means he is asleep but not this time!
Wonderful candid portrait. How is his hand? Hope he’s feeling better!

For those of you who asked we were actually at the doctor because he had overdone it on the week end and thought he might have reinjured his hand. @pasadenarose Oh my goodness! Long time no see! How exciting to hear from you. I hope everything is well with you and does this mean you are going to start posting again? Thanks for your kind words.

Thank you, Katy.
Things are pretty darned good. I retired in May, so I am now a lady of leisure. :-)
I'm still not used to it, but I'll just keep working at NOT working until it becomes 2nd nature. LOL
I would like to start posting again, but I'll have to wrap my brain around the whole idea because it's been so long. I'm also planning a move out of state, probably by the end of the year, but I'm not obligated to anything except my own willingness to get off my buttocks and do it. LOL
So even though I probably won't start posting anytime soon, I will be popping in when I can to look around. I sure was happy to see that you're still here!!

@pasadenarose congratulations on the retirement! You will adjust quickly and then will wonder how you EVER got anything done when you were working. Baby step with posting. Set a small goal of once a week or two weeks at first just to get your feet wet. Are you moving to Alabama?! (she said hopefully) I am so glad you here you will be popping in from time to time!
