I love pizza. I shouldn't eat pizza because of the sodium and the fat. I was very tired this evening and when the Grand Chap offered to take me out to eat I told him I would really rather just have a pizza at home. This was the best Mother's Day ever!
Favorite meal that you don’t have often, sounds great. We make pizza on naan bread. They can be pretty healthy actually loaded with veg like tomatoes, artichokes and mushrooms.
one thing that i learned (or accepted because i knew it since way before) from last year's health crisis was you can eat the food you like that the doctors tell you not to eat but in moderation. it won't hurt you in any way if you will have it once in a while. it's one's willpower that should be controlled not the food.
