Sidewalk Camouflage

There are several dragonflies like this on my front sidewalk everyday. I had planned to take a different photo but it didn't work out so I went for the easier shot. His wing pattern has clear spaces that lets the sidewalk show through which I thought was interesting

Great capture! We have that kind here too and I am fascinated by the clear sections of the wings.

Interesting catch! He really blended in on the thumbnail, so I imagine he blends in really well on the sidewalk too. good shot!

@wyomingsis thanks after looking at some images it seems more dragonflies have clear wings so perhaps the brown part is more unique
