A quick walk outside this morning before church revealed this wee anole basking on the plumeria. He liked it so much he was still there after I went for the camera and allowed it time to warm up in the early morning heat and humidity.
Wonderful capture! Agree with @ludwigsdiana on his perfect pose. The limited, but oh so intense colors, are fabulous and, as usual, so is the composition.

@30pics4jackiesdiamond he is tiny. The flower was about 2 1/2 cm. The black background is caused by the shadows in the yard.
