Obviously NOT my photo. I didn't die but there was a time or two I wanted to! I finished in a lilttle under an hour and took first place for women in my age group. ( I may have been the ONLY one in the group). Although it was very slow I ran all the way and am pleased with the accomplishment
i'd have died! 😂 congratulations on this achievement though. this photo can be used for "spot the 10 differences". that baby is really adorable, like the great-grandmama.
Wow. That is outstanding. I don't think that I can run anymore. I go to the gym and I keep moving but I don't think that running is in my go to book. Or hopping. Or jumping jacks. You get the picture. Keep it up. I just read an article about how good that is for us
Congratulations! A fantastic achievement.
My husband and I partake and volunteer at our local Parkrun. It's so inspiring and heartwarming to see (and support) people of various age groups and fitness levels improving constantly the more regularly they partake in the Parkrun.

I must confess that I did not recognize dad’s jacket. Tia mentioned it in her Facebook post. But I did think it was very sweet of you to include him in your run.
