Resolutions Or Intentions? by grammyn

Resolutions Or Intentions?

Its that time of year.
I was really proud of myself for going to the gym for classes. That was until I saw this 15 pounder. You rock if you can lift that and do arm crunches.

Does it work if you just look at them. A workout for the eyes.

I'd wait before testing them out!!

Maybe they are on another rack. We usually have 2, 3, and 5 pounders as well. Title is perfect.

Wouldn’t be either a resolution or an intention for me. Good for you!

@lesip getting started is the hardest part and then sticking with it becomes difficult at times but you can do it. I bet you are in amazing shape anyway as active as you are.
