I was really proud of myself for going to the gym for classes. That was until I saw this 15 pounder. You rock if you can lift that and do arm crunches.
Perfect for your for the new year… intention AND resolution! Your workout commitment is something you should be incredibly proud of… and something your sissy will be working on. 😊
@cdonohoue you should be very proud of yourself for doing that and for doing it consistently Cathy.
