This is some of the yarn I have and will probably end up as hats in some form. I am trying to learn how to do different stitch patterns on the knitting machine I have.
A lovely selection of colours Katy

These will make some colourful hats. Love the way you keep your yarn, much better than my big carry bag, I'm going to copy you!

Afternoon TV has an antiques show. Last week there was a contraption like your hat maker! An old sock machine, still with half a sock on it!!!!

I like your colours and clever storage

Good for you. That will make it much more interesting. I try to use different stitches on the items I donate.

oh how nice, I don't see a lot of hand made items any more. Even when going to a baby shower lots of cute things but less personally crafted. Do you do a lot of baby items for baby showers?

@Dawn thank you, Dawn. I hope to make them into a colorful collection of hats
@shutterbug49 I’m so glad to hear that Debbie. Thank you.
@lesip I have finished two already but I’ll need to get a few more done before I take another photo of them.
@olivetreeann there are a lot of colors here, some of which I chose, and some of which were given to me. thank you Ann
@judithdeacon thank you so much Judith and please feel free to copy my idea. It does seem to keep them better organized than a bag does
@ludwigsdiana thank you, Diana I just finished two hats today with that yarn
@kjarn I’m glad you like it Kathy I just finished finished two hats with it
@30pics4jackiesdiamond oh, how funny! I feel certain if it was making socks. It was probably smaller than my machine. So glad you like this one Jackie .
@scoobylou that wouldn’t that be something? Thank you, Lana
@joansmor so glad you think so Joan
@wakelys trying to figure out how to use them in combination has been a challenge Sue
@briaan that’s really nice of you to say Brian. Thank you.
@tunia i’m glad you like them Tunia. Some of them I bought, and some were given to me.
@casablanca I’m really really glad to hear you think so
@randystreat it does make it more interesting but there is a learning curve with that, and it’s almost faster to do it by hand. I imagine you are much more proficient at it than I am. Thanks, Kathy.
@mccarth1 I will probably do that Kerry I have already finished a couple, but I will try and show some different colors when I take the photo
@myhrhelper I actually just got a knitting machine and that is what I have been playing with recently. I do know how to knit and crochet but I don’t do very much by hand because I am impatient. I used to do some embroidery work with a machine for baby showers but I don’t even know very many people having babies anymore so I don’t do as much as I used to.

@summerfield thank you for that. It was basically a no effort shot which is what I’ve been putting into most of my photography lately.
