Broccoli Salad

A favorite of mine. Lots of flavors and colors make it appealing to the palate and the eyes.

It can be made as large or as small as you like. I have enough here for several days but it is best fresh.

Broccoli
Onions
Raisins (or sultanas)
Chopped Pecans
Bacon Bits

Dressing:
Mayonnaise
Vinegar
Sugar

Depending on the size of the salad and personal taste combine all ingredients. You can change the nuts or omit them

Mix enough mayonnaise, adding a very little bit of vinegar at a time and a small amount of sugar, until the consistency is like gravy
