Snowdrops and Water Drops by grammyn

Snowdrops and Water Drops

My snowdrops didn't show up until the Flash of Red had already started and I was afraid I wouldn't be able to work them into the mix. I had in mind to try the toning challenge for this week but my first attempt was an abject failure so I will probably continue with the traditional approach to the challenge and keep it all in B&W
they are lovely though

Lovely high key image of the flowers.
I tried the split toning too on the image I posted today. No luck. I think it didn't have enough black in it to work. Maybe tomorrow (probably not since I'm going to be busy all day).

Don't feel bad about the bust- the shots I took today did not turned out as I'd hoped and I'll probably end up posting a traditional black and white on this date tomorrow. Nice replacement black and white!
