Strawberries from the U-Pick farm (I didn't! They are only a dollar more for someone else to pick and so worth it!) Two batches of jam and several cookie sheets of sliced and frozen berries put into bags for that fresh berry taste in the middle of winter. I feel by now there is no need to explain who did all the work yet again!
Chocolate and strawberries. Not a common combination, but if one liked chocolate, I could imagine it would be a tasty one. Those strawberries look so good. $1 for someone else to pick, I'd say it's a bargain.

I agree fresh strawberries are so delicious @30pics4jackiesdiamond I am not quite ready for him to strip off yet and yes it is work, although not physically exerting,for me to stand there and wash all the berries, crush them, stir the pot until they boil, ladle them up and do it all over again for a second batch. Slicing them for the freezer too means I am on my feet way more than I want to be @shutterbug49 I am gald you like it Debbie. LOVE this composition! And, while you are doing the work, sometimes it’s nice to have a little company while you’re working… and he is little! 😂😂😂 Sometimes I crack myself up.
