Manual Mode Mold

I had picked an entirely different subject to shoot manually today until I saw this amazing mold growing from a pan of compost I had set outside and forgotten about.

it's not mold. Those are tiny little aliens growing to adulthood. LOOK OUT BEHIND YOU! Love the detail in the lines.
