I'm not sure if this qualifies or not but it is something I have been wanting to try for a while .
The set up was very complicated. I had to lie down on the bedroom floor and point the camera out the door. I had to wait for it to rain and then keep shooting until I got something usable. ;~} I am proud that it was done with manual settings and know I MIGHT be able to repeat it again given all the same conditions!
Only 22 shots to get this? That's some great shooting! And it isn't cheating to "just shoot." Isn't that how you get most of your photos? If God provides the opportunity for water crown shots, I say take advantage of it! They aren't somehow better or more "real" if you make them in the sink or a glass. Do you feel it's cheating if a tree has great branches, or if the wind is blowing a flag, or if you capture a great candid shot of something or someone?
@darsphotos I felt as if I really didn't do anything. Some people go through all types of set up with timers and lights and all I really did was shoot. I really appreciate your comment, Darlene.
@rosiekind Well thank you , Ma'am. I appreciate it . There are many more much better ones on this site, though. Looking forward to seeing some you might try in the future.
