Switched

I have installed electrical outlets before and switches too for that matter. It isn't really hard once you make sure the power is off! Last week I swapped out a few outlets for a new color and today I found this switch that I missed so....yup ..........switched it!

Ah, ha! I have changed a few electrical outlets/ switches in my time. Lamp plugs, too. I'm out of practice, but it's really a pretty simple task...once you get over your fear of being electrocuted. LOL
I remember years ago, one of my supervisors at work asked me if I could type. I told him "I'm a modern woman. I can change a light switch, but I DON'T type." Actually, I'm not such a modern woman, I just didn't want to be saddled with whatever typing chore he had in mind. ;-)

Now, plumbing I'm no good at. Don't have the strength to loosen or tighten those pipe fittings.

@pasadenarose I am impressed with your skill and I am sure you could do the light plumbing too.. I applaud you for not wanting to be labeled as a typist only and embrace that concept that women are as capable as men in almost any skill.
