Posting this in my main album in color because I couldn't decide which I liked better http://365project.org/grammyn/365/2016-05-18

great details on the flower, but the background is missing that wonderful variation in the shades of green.

Although I like the black and white, I feel the white needs to pop even more off of the black background. In color it does that without coaxing. But this is really nice- very striking.

So interesting. It makes the picture of the same subject totally different. Love, love them both. Hard to decide. I'll just have to fav this one as well.

@lesip Glad you like them both
@bill_fe thanks Bill. higher contrast eliminated it and I like it better in B&W without that.
@olivetreeann Thanks Ann and I tend to agree with you but am not certain how to achieve that.
@kandkids I really appreciate that Karen
@deb60 That is really nice of you Deb. Thanks bunches and for the FAV
@vstap Before 365 it would never have occurred to me to post a flower in B&W but it does make it look almost like a different flower doesn't it?
@summerfield So thrilled that you do. Thanks for your continued supprt girlfriend.
@daisyditch I think so too and using B&W is something I never would have done before 365. You are so generous to give it a FAV. thanks Daisy.
@claycameras thanks for the FAV and the follow

@grammyn I'd have to play with it myself, but I'm thinking it would either be in the contrast or exposure that you'd be able to do that.
