A Different Sort of Bird - C130 Hercules

The C130 Hercules was originally designed as a transport but has been adapted for many more uses. Manufactured by Lockheed Martin.
We saw this one flying this evening when I was looking for photo ops.

Nice shot. We used to see them all the time in Edmonton when the Airforce Base was located just north of the city. Recently I have been hoping to capture a shot of planes taking off or landing at our City Centre Airport
