This is one of the dorm buildings of the local university, the tallest of the buildings. Lights have been added to the top portion, different colors at different times of the year. Blue for now as you can see. Essentially three colors make this striking, the dark silhouette of the building, the varied colors of blue of the sky and top rim and the warm yellow of the interior. On the far left is the moon.
