If you are going to have a signature product that you advertise as the best and what you are known for it had better be good. Unfortunately this is. Ot the case at Stan's Donut in the Westwood section of Los Angeles. Thier signature donut is the in the photo, chocolate covered shell with peanut butter inside. Sounds good but the results are disappointing. The donut was greasy, perhaps from the peanut butter filling bleeding through. The chunky peanut butter was fried and not creamy and the mix of chocolate icing and chcolate chips clashed. So sad, but a lesson to be learned.
