This past summer I went to. Sandwhich shop, in Culver City near Los Angeles. The idea is that the paperbag has a list of ingrediants and you check off the things to be made into a sandwich. The folks there made a few suggestions and I walked out with a ham, pineapple and tomato sauce sandwich that was alright, better than it sounds.
Some of the artistic folks drew on their bags and made a hanging gallery.
