Well...LOL...not the prettiest photo for sure but trying to stay caught up, and this is where I am at right now. Thank you for all the good wishes. Surgery went well. I have to mostly stay off my feet for the next week. I can walk minimally with a boot. It has been 1 day, and I am already going CRAZY! HAHA!
You certainly have my sympathy. I broke my leg five years ago and was in a cast for 6 weeks, a wheelchair for 10, and a boot for 3 months. :( It took 18 months to heal.
@cejaanderson That sounds like such a long ordeal! Glad you healed up well. I should be in the boot for 3 weeks and back to normal by 8 weeks. I sure won't complain compared to 18 months!! This wound up being a good time as not much was going on at work/home. :)!
Wishing you a speedy recovery. How debilitating. I hope that you have a willing chauffeur to take you into the mountains and allow you to take in the views.
