Spring Snow

Spring is hard here on the plants (and sometimes the people too). Just when you think the warm weather is here to stay it snows. They say here to wait until Mother's Day to plant. I actually think a week or 2 later is better.

Looks pretty, we had a dusting of snow last week but it melted the next day!
We don't plant anything until June, a very short growing season!

This would be a nice sight in December but not May. My Dad always said not to plant here until after May 24. We're still having frost at night. Ugh.
