Beautiful semi transparent effect here. I wonder if you had had a tiny bit in focus it would be more successful? At the moment everything is soft. Having said that I enjoy the play of light and shadow and the colour is gorgeous!
@marshwader@clifford thanks! originally the photo was sharp in the middle, I softened it as I was going to paint out some scratches but I kind of liked it like this so left it all soft. I felt without an obvious focal point it helped to absorb what I liked about it without directing the eye
