Biking on Rhine by harvey

Biking on Rhine

My wife and I had a great saturday yesterday, we biked 70 kiliometers along the nicest part of the Rhine river from Bingen to Koblenz. There was a nice biking path the whole way and we enjoyed the views of the Rhein's many famous castles. This is where we had lunch, sitting on a wall looking at a little 'toll house' that was put in the Rhine by the owners of the castle on the hill from the 1200's. I took some other good shots in the day but I liked this one of us, and figured my albumn could use a few more self portraits!

I brought my tripod along so I did take this photo, even thought it might not appear that way at first glance.
Great shot of you and your wife! It sounds like you had a fun day together!

My husband and I took a boat ride down the Rhine the first time we went to Europe. I'll never forget the beauty of that trip.

Absolutely marvelous picture! It was your good fortune that the person to whom you handed the camera had nice composition skills! It's lovely that you two are enjoying the time you're living in Europe; you probably know you're the envy of many!

I should have said in my description that I brought along my tripod and set up the shot before running into it. Thus, it counts as a photo I took!
