Lyndonville, NY by harvey

Lyndonville, NY

On Sunday I drove with my parents 5 hours through Canada from grand rapids, MI to home near Barker, NY. We got in late and were pretty whooped, so we went to the nearest small town to grab a beer, some chicken wings, and some pizza, the WNY trifecta! I hopped out of the truck and grabbed this shot as the sun was going down and was fortunate to get that nice V of canadian geese flying through the shot as well.

So I arrived back in Aachen friday afternoon and am slowely making my way though the shots of the last 3.5 weeks! My trip starts on Sept 29th so check that shot and work your way forward if you are interested ( http://365project.org/harvey/365/2010-09-29).
this is nice

Really nice scenic shot. The geese are an added bonus. Nicely done.

V-shaped formations of geese only fly through a picture when the photographer is prepared!

Nice shot Steve. I grew up in a city but like small town life. I just have to laugh knowing that shops in a small town either do not exist or close early.
