I am again struggling with the early darkness here, as I came home and had to shoot something in our apartment. I grabbed our snack bowl of walnuts and set a tealight candle near it to try and create some more interesting shadows and this is the result.
Great work! I hate when the end of the day comes and I still haven't found a shot (Or even gone out to look for one). I usually end up with a streetlight shot or a shot of entirely black and a flash or two. I love the shades and how they play off of the texture of the nuts. Great!
@amiller thanks for the heads up I didn't check the popular page. Yeah that little reflection is from my living room light, which is five little halogens on a metal rod, it did make for nice little reflections.
