Wet under foot

As yesterday, all my attempts at landscapes are coming out bland and formless. I seem to need a person, animal or "thing" as an anchor. Lack of experience showing through.

I don't particularly like this pic either but it's the best I have from the day.

Helen, sometimes this is all we are given to photograph! The chicken looks bothered by the wet and maybe even by you taken a picture. : - )
