Cowslips v2

With thanks to @tristansmum for the suggestion of how to crop this shot. Looks much better like this than the first version I posted.

These flowers, in our friends' garden in Hampshire this weekend, take me back to my childhood when they were plentiful and we used to pick handfuls. Now unfortunately rather rare in the wild

I didn't see the original but this definitely works as a composition. I have seen a lot of cowslips around this year - had no idea they were rare.

@helenhall With the original I'd left a strip of sky in above the hedge but it was distracting. The flowers stand out more like this
