Haha, he looks like he's ready to go. So what do you mean he is there ready to capture you for speeding - are these guys on the side of your roads?

@myhrhelper yep, this is a traffic cop, you might see them sometimes on the side of the road if they are on a motorbike, but usually in cars these days :-)
