@isunseasurf thanks guys @victorypuzzle It's called impressionist photography, all done in camera. You need to get your shutter speed to about 1/15th of a second or so and move the camera when you press the shutter button. Try different movements like from one side to the other, top to bottom and vice versa, zoom your lens etc. It takes a bit of practise but practise makes perfect and you learn from your mistakes and you can find out diff cool techniques that work for you. you may need to start with a higher shutter speed like 1/60th if you are not used to it but play around. To look most like an impressionist painting you need it to be blurry but still identifiable. Hope this helps and happy playing :-)
