In New Zealand we are having the worst drought in 30 years, we have nearly forgotten what rain is like and usually we get a whole truck load of it! It is nice to enjoy lovely weather all the time, but the farmers are suffering and we are all on water restrictions. I wanted a picture to document the situation and am curious to know when there will be an end and some relief!
This is a lovely shot. When I complain about the several year drought in the Midwestern section of the United States, please remind me of New Zealand''s 30 year drought.
