Have been asked to shoot pics for a gynmastics club comp in a couple of weeks, so popped along to check out what settings I should use. After I had it sorted I had some fun with a slower shutter speed and liked this one the best.
That looks like such hard work. It is so impressive when they get good enough to make it look easy.
It's amazing how much strength those little girls develop.
