We travel to the States in around a week and have looked forward to it all year but now we are nervous about the Shutdown that is happening and hope it gets sorted soon so we can make the most of our time there! I feel mostly for all the regular everyday American's who have been sent home with no pay, and hope it can be resolved in the best interests of everyone!
@agima oh, that is good! I would love to get sent home and paid, lol! we fly in on their 17th which will be very interesting if they default - hubby says we will be flying into history - yikes - have to be mad to let it get to that though as it will have global effects :-(
The had this issue a couple of years ago and did the same thing.
All will work out.
